University Ministry Fund
This funding will go directly to our university ministries. SFXC is on University of Calgary, Mount Royal University, SAIT and St. Mary's University. This fund will allow us to host events for our members throughout the year!

Past University events: Paintball night, Blood Drives, Monthly Formation talks and fellowships, Ice Skating, etc
Program Management
This funding will go directly to helping manage the programs that we will have. Any administrative and booking fees as well as covering the planning, materials, speaker fees and event coordination.
participant formation
We never want to let money affect anyone's ability to come to any of our events so this fund will go directly in helping our members have the means to participate in our events. This will also help cover faith-based materials, retreat costs, and formation sessions.
Events and logistics
This funding is essential for covering costs such as venue rentals, audio-visual equipment, hospitality (like food and beverages), transportation, promotional materials, and other practical needs that ensure events run smoothly and provide a welcoming, well-organized environment for young adults to gather, grow in faith, and build community.
General Administration and Support
These resources cover essential behind-the-scenes functions such as office supplies, printing, software and communication tools, website maintenance, and the coordination of staff and volunteers. This foundational support ensures the Chaplaincy remains organized, efficient, and able to serve young adults consistently and effectively throughout the year.
